摘要
全球经济、科技高速发展,生态环境却日益恶化,环境资源因素引发的投资风险问题日益严重。在此背景下,绿色金融和可持续发展的重要性突显出来。绿色债券作为金融市场主要融资工具之一,在中国金融市场不断发挥重要作用。目前,我国绿色债券仍以国内为主,国际市场份额较低。中国绿色债券国际市场发展存在发行规模较小、信息披露制度不完善、产品单一、激励政策力度不强等问题,因此,要解决中国绿色债券国际市场发展的问题,进一步拓展中国绿色债券国际化空间,以推动中国绿色债券市场的稳步发展。
With the rapid development of global economy and science and technology,the ecological environment is deteriorating,and the investment risk caused by environmental and resource factors is becoming increasingly serious.In this context,the importance of green finance and sustainable development is highlighted.As one of the main financing tools in financial market,green bond plays an important role in China's financial market.At present,China's green bonds are still dominated by domestic bonds with low international market share.There are some problems in the development of China's green bond international market,such as small issuance scale,imperfect information disclosure system,single product and weak incentive policy,therefore,we should solve the obstacles of the development of China green bond international market,further expand the international space of China green bonds,so as to promote the steady development of China green bond market.
