摘要
池塘养殖是三疣梭子蟹的主要养殖方式,本实验研究了3种池塘养殖模式(三疣梭子蟹单养、脊尾白虾单养及三疣梭子蟹和脊尾白虾混养)对三疣梭子蟹的生长存活、养殖性能和经济效益的影响。结果显示:(1)三疣梭子蟹单养和混养模式下不同阶段的平均体重无显著差异(P>0.05),在池塘养殖过程中,三疣梭子蟹的增重率和特定生长率均呈下降趋势;整体上,混养模式下三疣梭子蟹的存活率、平均体重和产量均高于单养模式,但统计学差异不显著(P>0.05);(2)三疣梭子蟹单养模式的饲料系数显著高于另2组(P<0.05);(3)三疣梭子蟹单养模式下的总收入、净利润和投资回报率最低,而在混养模式下最高(P<0.05)。综上,池塘养殖条件下三疣梭子蟹和脊尾白虾混养可以提高养殖性能和经济效益。
Pond-culture is the major culture method for Portunus trituberculatus,and this study was conducted to investigatethe effects of three culture modes(monoculture of P.trituberculatus,monoculture of Exopalaemon carinicauda and polyculture of P.trituberculatus and E.carinicauda)on growth,survival,culture performance and economic benefits.The results showed that:(1)There were no significant difference in the average body weight between the monoculture and polyculture modes of P.trituberculatus(P>0.05).In all modes,the weight gain and specific growth rate of P.trituberculatus showed a decreasing trendduring the whole culture period.Although the survival rate,average body weight and yield of P.trituberculatus in polyculture were higher than those in monoculture,no significant difference was detected on these parameters(P<0.05).(2)The feed conversion rate of monoculture model of P.trituberculatus was significantly higher than the other two culture modes(P<0.05).(3)Monoculture of P.trituberculatus had the lowest total income,net profit and return of investment,while the highest values were found in polyculture mode of P.trituberculatus and E.carinicauda.In conclusion,the polyculture of P.trituberculatus and E.carinicaudain pondshad the good culture performance and economic benefits,which could be extended in the future.
