摘要
目的:研究双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合三联疗法对小儿幽门螺杆菌感染的治疗价值。方法:2019年3月-2020年3月收治幽门螺杆菌感染患儿84例,随机分为两组,各42例。对照组采用三联疗法治疗;试验组采用双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合三联疗法。比较两组治疗后不良反应发生情况和幽门螺杆菌清除率。结果:试验组治疗后不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后幽门螺杆菌清除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合三联疗法治疗小儿幽门螺杆菌感染,能有效缓解患儿的临床症状,减少用药不良反应发生,提高治疗总有效率。
Objective:To study the therapeutic value of bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets combined with triple therapy on children with Helicobacter pylori infection.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,84 children with Helicobacter pylori infection were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with triple therapy.The experimental group was treated with bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets combined with triple therapy.The incidence of adverse reactions and the clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori in the experimental group was higher than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets combined with triple therapy to treat children with Helicobacter pylori infection can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children,reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions,and improve the total effective rate of treatment.
