摘要 目的:探讨激光联合干扰素治疗对阴道上皮内瘤变患者阴道微生态及局部免疫因子的影响。方法:2019年4月-2020年1月收治阴道内瘤变患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组给予CO_2激光治疗;研究组在CO_2激光治疗基础上联合干扰素治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后IL-10、TNF-α、TLR2等阴道局部免疫因子水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后阴道组织阳性Survivin、Ki-67表达率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CO_2激光联合干扰素治疗阴道上皮内瘤变的疗效确切,可促进阴道局部免疫因子水平恢复。 Objective:To explore the effect of laser combined with interferon on the microecology and local immune factors of vagina in patients with vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods:From April 2019 to January 2020,90 patients with vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CO2 laser.The study group was treated with interferon combined with CO2 laser.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the levels of IL-10,TNF-α,TLR2 and other local immune factors were significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,after treatment,the positive expression rates of Survivin and Ki-67 in vaginal tissue were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of CO2 laser combined with interferon in the treatment of patients with vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia is definite,it can promote the recovery of local immune factor level in vagina.
