摘要
结合传统电机转子轴与轴承压装工位实际生产中遇到的问题,如压装过程压装力及位移控制精度差、缺少质量监控与追溯分析等。介绍了过盈压装对象——转子轴组件,分析了电机装配线轴承压装工作站的具体技术要求。在此基础上,介绍了电机智能制造中改进后的轴承压装工作站总体结构、工作原理,并对关键部件结构设计与选型做了阐述,涉及压装驱动装置、压装固定侧及压装移动侧的改进设计,提出了高效化和智能化所需要的工作站控制系统改进方案。结合电机智能制造的发展趋势,该新型工作站的改进设计可以为同类设备开发和电机装配智能化升级改造提供借鉴。
Combined with the problems encountered in the actual production of motor shaft and bearing pressing workstation,such as the control accuracy of pressing force and displacement is poor,and the disadvantage of quality monitoring and traceability analysis,etc.The object of interference fit(rotor shaft assembly body)was introduced,and the specific technical requirements of bearing press fitting workstation in motor assembly line were analyzed.The improved overall structure and working principle of the bearing pressing workstation in motor intelligent manufacturing was proposed,and the structural design and selection of key components were described.The workstation control system improved scheme for high efficiency and intelligence was proposed.Based on the trends of motor intelligent manufacturing,the improvement of bearing pressing workstation can provide reference for the development of similar equipment and intelligent upgrading of motor assembly.
