摘要
三焦与肾关系密切。儿童紫癜性肾炎病机可以从邪犯上焦、毒滞中焦、浊留下焦3个方面考虑。上焦宜宣散,方以银翘散加减透邪外出;中焦宜疏通,若毒邪壅盛、阻滞气机,方以犀角地黄汤加减清热化湿,若脾虚兼邪实,方以参苓白术散加减健脾利湿;下焦宜补虚,若肾阴亏虚、内生火热,方以知柏地黄丸加减滋阴降火,若肾阳虚衰、失于温煦,方以右归丸加减温补肾阳。
Sanjiao is closely related to the kidney.And the pathogenesis of Childhood Purpuric Nephritis can be considered from three aspects:the evil pathogen invading upper Jiao,toxin stagnation in middle Jiao,and turbid pathogen retention in lower Jiao.In its treatment,upper Jiao should be dispersed,and Yinqiao powder modified prescription is used to expelling the evil pathogen;Middle Jiao should be dredged,if the toxic pathogen congestion and excessiveness and the Qi Movement are blocked,the prescription of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction is used to clear away heat and dampness.If the kidney Yin is insufficient and pathogenic factor excess,Shenling Baizhu powder can be used to invigorate the spleen for diuresis.And the lower Jiao should supplement the deficiency,if the kidney Yin is insufficient and the internal heat is generated,the prescription of Zhibai Dihuang Pill can be used to nourishing Yin to lessen fire;if the kidney Yang is deficiency and lose warmth,the Yougui Pill modified prescription can be used to warming and recuperating kidney Yang.
