摘要
目的:评估铅衣泡沫清洗液对介入辐射防护用品铅衣表面的清洁效果。方法:将宁波市第一医院介入诊疗中心2019年6月至2020年5月电生理组介入手术使用后的48件介入防护用品铅衣按照随机数字表法分成A组和B组,每组24件。A组采用铅衣泡沫清洗液清洁,B组采用37℃温水清洁,比较2种清洁方法的清洁效果。结果:2组介入辐射防护用品铅衣物体表面清洁合格率分别为91.67%和62.50%;清洁后2组介入辐射防护用品铅衣物体表面细菌菌落数分别为(1.71±0.22)cfu/cm^(2)和(4.08±0.33)cfu/cm^(2);2组介入辐射防护用品铅衣平均物体表面细菌减少率分别为83.80%和62.47%;2组每件介入辐射防护用品铅衣清洁平均耗时(10.36±1.07)min和(16.25±1.81)min, A组清洁方法清洁效果优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:铅衣泡沫清洗液清洁效果优于37℃温水清洁效果,且耗时短,能有效提高工作人员清洁铅衣的效率且符合安全性能检测要求,适合介入辐射防护用品铅衣的日常维护清洁,可推广使用。
[Objective]To evaluate the cleaning effect of lead coat foam cleaning solution on lead coat surface of interventional radiation protection equipment.[Method]Interventional diagnosis and treatment center Ningbo First Hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 electrophysiology group after intervention using 48 interventional protective equipment lead dress according to random number table method was divided into group A and group B with 24 pieces in each group.Group A was cleaned with lead-coated foam cleaning fluid,while Group B is cleaned with 37℃ warm water to compare two kinds of cleaning effect of method.[Result]The qualified rate of surface cleaning of lead coat for interventional radiation protection products in the two groups were 91.67%and 62.50%,respectively.After cleaning,the number of bacterial colonies on the surface of lead coating of interventional radiation protection products in the two groups was(1.71±0.22)cfu/cm^(2) and(4.08±0.33)cfu/cm^(2),respectively.The average reduction rates of bacteria on the surface of interventional radiation protection products were 83.80%and 62.47%in the two groups.The average cleaning time of each lead garment of interventional radiation protection equipment in groups A and B was 10.36±1.07 minutes and 16.25±1.81 minutes,and the cleaning effect of the cleaning method in group A was better than that in group B,with statistical significance(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The cleaning effect of lead clothing foam cleaning liquid is better than that of warm water cleaning,and the time is short.It can effectively improve the cleaning efficiency of lead clothing for workers and meet the requirements of safety performance detection.It is suitable for daily maintenance and cleaning of lead clothing for interception radiation protection products,and can be popularized.
