矩形渠道平板量水装置测流试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 基于动量定理进行新型明渠简易平板量水装置设计,探究不同形状量水平板的水力性能差异,确定量水平板的较优几何形状。利用静力学原理对矩形明渠量水平板偏转角度与流量关系进行理论分析,发现其具有单值对应关系。通过矩形、T形、倒"山"形和Π形4种板形量水平板过流试验,分析建立了各板形平板偏转角度与流量的线性关系式,相关性高;各量水平板的水头损失均未超过3 cm,损失较小;根据测流范围、水头损失及测流稳定性分析确定T形板为较优板形;通过对不同收缩比的T形量水平板过流试验,建立了不同收缩比T形量水平板偏转角度与流量的关系式。根据测流范围、水头损失以及测流稳定性分析,T形量水平板适宜收缩比为0.5~0.6。 The irrigation area is the key technology for the precision irrigation and charging of the irrigation area.Based on the momentum theorem,this paper designed a new type of device for measuring water flow in open channel.This paper explored the difference of hydraulic properties among different shape flats,and looked for the optimal geometric shape of flat.Using statics analysis on flats in narrow and deep rectangular open channel uniform flow,we found that the relationship between quantity of flume and opening angle of testing flat had a single value corresponding.Combined with experiment outcome in laboratory,for different geometries and shrinkage ratios flats we extrapolated the half theoretical and half empirical formula of flow and range of application.Compared experiment results of designed testing flat,such as,flow range,the measurement error,head loss and flow stability,we concluded that T-shape flat with shrinkage ratio of 0.5 to 0.6 was recommended.
