摘要
目的:探讨应用智能语音外呼系统远程管理高血压患者的效果。方法:将高血压管理内容设计为10个教育模块,应用智能语音外呼系统每2个月以批量外呼电话形式对高血压患者进行6个月健康教育。自行设计患者对自身血压管理的依从性和对家庭医生服务的满意度问卷。在远程管理前后,应用语音外呼系统调查患者依从性和满意度。结果:和远程健康管理前相比,患者对血压管理的依从性和对家庭医生服务的满意度均显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:应用外呼系统进行远程健康管理,可以有效提高患者管理血压的依从性和对家庭医生服务的满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of remote management of hypertension patients in community with intelligent voice call system.Methods:The content of hypertension management was designed into 10 education modules,the intelligent voice call system was used to carry out 6-month health education for patients with hypertension in the form of batch outbound calls every 2 months.We designed a self-designed questionnaire on patients'compliance with their own blood pressure management and their satisfaction with family doctor services.Before and after remote management,the compliance and satisfaction of patients were investigated by voice call system.Results:Compared with before remote health management,patients'compliance with blood pressure management and satisfaction with family doctor service were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of external call system for remote health management can effectively improve the compliance of patients'blood pressure management and satisfaction with family doctors'service.
