摘要
目的:研究在医学生医患沟通能力的教学中实施情景教学的影响。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年10月医学生48名,随机分为两组,各24名。对照组开展传统教学;试验组开展情景教学。对比两组医学生对教学模式的认可度、沟通能力评分及学习积极性。结果:试验组医学生对教学模式的认可度、沟通能力评分及学习积极性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:情景教学能够提高医学生的学习积极性,提升其医患沟通能力,满足医学生对教学的需求,值得推广应用。
Objective:To study the effect of situational teaching in the teaching of doctor-patient communication ability of medical students.Methods:From December 2019 to October 2020,48 medical students were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 24 students in each group.The control group received traditional teaching.The experimental group carried out situational teaching.The recognition degree of teaching mode,communication ability score and learning enthusiasm of the two groups of medical students were compared.Results:The recognition of teaching mode,communication ability score and learning enthusiasm of medical students in experimental group were higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Situational teaching can improve the learning enthusiasm of medical students,improve their doctor-patient communication ability,meet the needs of medical students for teaching,and is worthy of promotion and application.
