摘要
测定了不同条件下几种螯合剂的螯合能力,并以乳品制备污垢,考察了螯合剂在高温下对液碱去污力的影响。结果表明,高温、强碱下Trilon^(■)M和葡萄糖酸钠螯合能力减弱,ATMP·Na_(4)和PBTCA·Na_(4)的螯合能力增强。螯合剂的添加增强了液碱的去污能力,螯合力越大,对污垢的去除效果越好。
The chelating ability of several chelating agents under different conditions was measured,in the meanwhile,the effect of chelating agents on the detergency of sodium hydroxide was investigated under the high temperature condition.The results show that the chelating ability of Trilon^(■)M and sodium gluconate is weakened under the high temperature and strong alkaline condition,while ATMP·Na_(4) and PBTCA·Na_(4)'s is enhanced.The addition of the chelating agent enhances the chelating ability of sodium hydroxide so as to increase its detergency.The greater the chelating ability is,the better dirt removal effect is.
