摘要
面对高质量发展的时代命题和长三角一体化发展的良好机遇,通过长三角区域海洋经济一体化协同发展向海洋要空间,成为了“十四五”时期江苏海洋经济“蓝色突围”的必然路径和最优战略。结合江苏海洋经济发展现状和海洋经济一体化发展面临的现实障碍,江苏海洋经济“蓝色突围”需加速形成一体化的海洋发展制度、加快建立一体化的海洋资源市场体系、加快建设一体化的海洋产业体系、加快完善一体化的海洋基础设施。
Facing the era proposition of high-quality development and the good opportunity of the Yangtze River Delta integration development,it has become the inevitable path and optimal strategy of Jiangsu marine economy“blue breakthrough”in the“fourteenth five-year plan”period to seek space for the ocean through the Yangtze River Delta regional marine economic integration coordinated development.Combined with the current situation of Jiangsu marine economic development and the practical obstacles faced by the integrated development of marine economy,the“blue breakthrough”of Jiangsu marine economy needs to accelerate the formation of an integrated marine development system,the establishment of an integrated marine resource market system,the construction of an integrated marine industrial system,and the improvement of integrated marine infrastructure.
