摘要 目前甲硝唑的生产普遍采用间歇式釜式反应工艺,反应时间长,能耗大,主要原料2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑转化率低,环氧乙烷副反应严重,并产生大量废酸废盐.本项工作不改变工业原料和溶媒,利用新型管式反应器探索了单管单程反应的工艺条件,研究结果显示,在90~95℃时,管道内反应7~10 min即可快速完成,反应时间缩短30倍以上,主要原料硝基物的转化率提高1.5倍,并可实现连续生产,为甲硝唑的管式反应工业化提供了技术基础. The production of metronidazole is generally performed by batch tank reaction process with long-time and high-exhausting,accompanying with low conversion of the starting material 2-methyl-5-nitroimidazole and serious side-reaction of ethylene epoxide.A lot of waste acid and salt are generated in the productive process.Based on the original material and solvents,the reaction conditions were explored in single tube by the aid of a new tubular reactor.The results showed that the reaction could be quickly completed in 7-10 minutes at 90-95℃.The reaction time was shortened by more than 30 times and the conversion of the nitro-compound was increased by 1.5 times.It suggests that a continuous production can be realized,and provides a technical basis for the industrialization of metronidazole by tubular reaction.
