摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎传染性极强,目前尚无特效治疗药物。根据其临床特点应归属于中医学"疫病"范畴。本文从中医温病理论入手,结合临床病例特点,就新型冠状病毒肺炎的病因病机特征及辨治进行探讨。认为其具有湿热疫邪伏于膜原的特征,病位主要在肺,易累及脾胃,少数逆传心包;初期主要表现为邪犯肺卫,中期分为邪伏膜原、邪热壅肺、肺热脾湿,危重期包括邪毒闭肺及阴竭阳脱,恢复期则是气阴亏虚、余邪留恋;治疗上应权衡湿热多寡并依照各期特点处方用药。
COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease, and there are no specific therapeutic drugs. According to its characteristics, it should belong to the category of "epidemic disease" of TCM. This article started with the warm disease theory of TCM and combined the characteristics of clinical cases to explore the etiology, pathogenesis, and diagnosis and treatment. It was considered that this disease had the characteristics of damp and hot epidemic lying on membrane, that the disease location was mainly in the lung, which could easily affect the spleen and stomach, with a few retrograde pericardium. In the early stage of the disease, the main manifestation was syndrome of pathogen invading lung;in the middle period, the disease was divided into the syndrome of pathogen invading membrane, syndrome of heat stasis in lung, and syndrome of lung heat and spleen dampness;in the severe period, the disease had the syndrome of pathogen closing lung and syndrome of depletion of yin causing yang collapse;in the recovery period, the syndromes were qi-yin deficiency and pathogen remaining. The treatment should weigh the amount of heat and dampness and prescribe and medicate according to the characteristics of each period.
