摘要
在疫情背景下,体育赛事被迫按下“暂停键”,但是,也驱使体育“云赛事”运营按下“快进键”,倒逼体育赛事运营的迭代升级。基于利益相关者理论,分析疫情对于体育赛事的影响,在此基础上,分析线上体育赛事运营的可行性,由此提出疫情背景下体育赛事的运营管理策略。在国家政策方面,借助利好政策,助力体育赛事成功举办;在赛事理念方面,加强风险管理,树立全产业链运营理念;在赛事供给方面,注重观赛体验,建立“一站式”服务体系;在资金来源方面,发挥市场力量,健全体育赛事投融资渠道;在法律法规方面,完善监管体系,加强合法权益保护力度。
Under the background of the epidemic,sports events’development have been restrained,meanwhile“cloud sports events”have been develped quickly,forcing the iterative upgrade of sports event operation.We analysis the influence of the epidemic on sports events based on the stakeholder’theory,and we analysis the feasibility of online sports events based on SWOTASEB.Through the above analyses,we give the following strategies:from the view of national policy:event organizers need to operate with the help of good policies;from the event concept:event organizers need to pay more attention on the risk and creat the shops of the whole industrial chain;from the view of supplyment:event organizers need to give“one-stop”service;from the source of funding:event organizers need to reply on the market strength to raise more money;from the view of laws and regulations:the government needs to formulate the laws and regulations and event organizers need to work to ensure the stakeholders’interests.
