摘要
以云南某磷化工企业副产磷石膏为研究对象,通过对其制备建筑石膏粉的温控机制的研究,采用一步法制备出了β建筑石膏粉,并对β建筑石膏粉的组成及力学性能进行了分析,结果表明:在煅烧温度为170℃、升温速率为10℃/min、保温2 h、陈化5 d的条件下,β建筑石膏粉的β半水石膏质量分数达到74.61%、绝干抗压强度达到6.15 MPa、绝干抗折强度达到3.71 MPa,与天然石膏粉性能相近,可以替代天然石膏粉使用,对于磷石膏的资源化利用具有积极的推动作用。
Based on the phosphogypsum as a by-product of a phosphate chemical company in Yunnan province,β-calcined(building)gypsum powder was prepared by one-step method and the temperature control mechanism for the preparation was studied.The phase composition and mechanical properties of calcined(building)gypsum powder were analyzed.The results show that under the conditions as follows:calcination temperature of 170℃,heating rate of 10℃/min,heat preservation for 2 hours and aging for 5 days,the preparation ofβ-calcined(building)gypsum powder with the concentration of 74.61%CaSO 4·0.5 H 2O,absolute dry compression strength of 6.15 MPa and absolute dry bending strength of 3.71 MPa can be completed,of which performance are similar to natural gypsum powder for building purpose.As a result,it is allowed to be applied as the replacement of natural gypsum powder,which facilitates the utilization of phosphogypsum resource.
