年轻女性发生急性心肌梗死合并左心力衰竭1例

摘要 年轻女性急性心肌梗死(AMI)的延误诊断及漏诊率明显高于男性,基于传统观点认为雌激素对心血管系统起保护作用,然而,近年国内外研究显示女性冠心病患者趋向年轻化,临床预后明显差于男性,死亡率呈持续增加趋势[1-2]。现报道1例年轻女性出现急性心肌梗死并左心衰,旨在让临床医生重视年轻女性冠心病的早期识别、积极干预。现报道如下。
