摘要
卫辉市裕达驾校练车场位于卫辉市城区北部,卫辉北路及比干大道上下游、共产主义渠主河槽以外左岸滩地处,共产主义渠桩号66+629~68+362之间。对于河道管理范围内的建设项目应进行防洪影响评价,以加强河道管理并保障防洪安全,发挥河流的综合效益。通过计算分析,论述拟建工程对防洪的影响。
Weihui Yuda Driving School training yard is located in the northern part of Weihui City,Weihui north road and the upper and lower reaches of Bigan Avenue,the left beach outside the main channel of the Communist canal,which is between pile No.66+629~68+362.Flood control impact assessment should be carried out for the construction projects within the scope of river management,so as to strengthen river management,ensure flood control safety and give full play to the comprehensive benefits of the river.The influence of the proposed project on flood control is discussed through calculation and analysis.
