摘要
宁夏南部山区马铃薯淀粉加工主要集中在冬春季,气温低,造成马铃薯淀粉加工废水处理难。经过现场实地考察,进行对比分析和小型试验装置模拟研究,采用"物化+模块"的方法处理马铃薯淀粉废水,处理后的废水COD值降至128.8 mg/L,去除率超过99%,废水BOD_(5)值降至7.2 mg/L,去除率超过98%,SS的去除率达到了98.6%,去除效果好,废水水质达到GB25461-2010《淀粉工业水污染物排放标准》要求,可实现达标排放,并且不受温度、时间的影响,投资较低。
The potato starch processing in the mountainous area of southern Ningxia is mainly concentrated in spring and winter,and the climate temperature is low,which makes it difficult to treat potato starch processing wastewater. In response to these difficulties,after field investigation,comparative analysis and small-scale experimental device simulation research, "Physical Chemistry + Module" is adopted. The method of processing potato starch wastewater,the COD value of the wastewater after treatment is reduced to 128.8 mg/L,the removal rate exceeds 99%,the BOD5 value of the wastewater is reduced to 7.2 mg/L,the removal rate exceeds 98%,and the removal rate of SS reaches 98%,the removal effect is good. The wastewater quality can meets the requirements of The Starch Industry Water Pollutant Discharge Standard(GB 25461-2010), up-to-standard discharge can be achieved,it is not affected by temperature and time,and the investment is low.
