摘要 为了测量立铣刀的螺旋角,基于接触式测量设计了一种在机测量方法。该方法在五轴磨床上通过测头与立铣刀接触获取探测点的坐标,根据这些坐标值计算螺旋角。研究了在机测量系统软硬件组成。针对螺旋角的测量,建立了螺旋线模型。通过测量路径生成算法对螺旋线数学模型进行分析确定探测点和运动矢量,通过测量代码生成算法根据探测点和运动矢量生成测量数控代码,通过数据处理算法对探测点坐标进行计算求得螺旋角。经过测量验证,实测螺旋角绝对误差不超过0.218°,相对误差不超过0.8%,方差不超过0.006平方度。 To measure helix angle of end mill,designed an on-machine measurement method based on contact measurement.The method obtains the coordinates of the detection point by contacting the probe with the end mill on five-axis grinder,and calculates the helix angle according to the coordinate values.Researched software and hardware composition of on-machine measurement system.A spiral model was established for the measurement of the helix angle.Analyzed spiral mathematical models by measurement path generation algorithm to determine probe points and motion vectors.Generated NC code by NC code generation algorithm according to probe points and motion vectors.Calculated the helix angle by the data processing algorithm according to the coordinates of the probe points.After measurement,the absolute error of the measured helix angle does not exceed 0.218°,the relative error does not exceed 0.8%,and the variance does not exceed 0.006 square degrees.
