摘要
探讨护理管理与DRG绩效考核的关联,分析DRG改革背景下护理管理存在成本控制意识不足,无直接可参考的护理成本核算和管理方案;护理人力资源配置方式不合理,不符合低耗高效的理念;护理信息化系统不完善,难以支持精细化决策等挑战。今后应从加强护理成本管理意识,探索DRG下科学、合理的人力资源配置,优化护理工作程序与标准,充分利用护理信息系统数据进行精细化管理等方面对护理管理进行改进及完善。
This article discusses the relationship between DRG performance assessment,and analyzes insufficient cost control awareness of nursing management under the background of DRG reform.It believes that there is no direct reference nursing cost accounting and management strategy,unreasonable nursing human resource allocation,does not meets the concept of low consumption and high efficiency,nursing informatization system is imperfection,and difficult to support refine decision and challenge.From now on,we nursing should strengthen the awareness of nursing-cost management,explore scientific and reasonable human resources allocation under the DRG,optimize nursing work procedures and standard,take full advantage of nursing information system data to conduct refine management,so as to improve and perfect nursing management.
