摘要
黄芩是传统中医配伍抗癌方剂的常用药物,现代药理学研究证明其具有抗肿瘤、镇定止痛、抑菌消炎等作用,其中黄芩中有效成分黄酮类化合物具有显著的抗肿瘤作用,且已成为近年来国内外研究热点,根据国内外相关文献报道黄酮类化合物具有抗肝癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌、肺癌及其他肿瘤作用,其机制除了包括诱导肿瘤细胞增殖、凋亡机制以外,还对其如何诱导肿瘤细胞自噬、新生血管生成、调节肿瘤微环境等进行研究。因此,针对黄芩及其有效成分的抗肿瘤作用进行综述,以期为进一步研究其抗肿瘤作用机制提供参考。
Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi is a common drug used in traditional Chinese medicine for compatibility with anti-tumor formulas.Modern pharmacology studies have proved that it has anti-tumor,calm pain,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.Among them,flavonoids,the active component of flavonoids compounds,has significant anti-tumor effect and has become a research hotspot at home and abroad in recent years.According to relevant domestic and foreign literatures,flavonoids compounds have anti-tumor effects on liver cancer,breast cancer,ovarian cancer,lung cancer and other cancers.Besides inducing tumor cell proliferation and apoptosis,how to induce autophagy,angiogenesis and regulate tumor microenvironment are also studied.Therefore,the anti-tumor effects of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and its active components were reviewed,in order to provide reference for further research on the mechanism of its anti-tumor action.
