摘要
口腔种植治疗正在国内快速推广和普及,但牙周炎患者种植治疗的难度和风险尚未得到充分重视,成为影响种植治疗远期疗效的潜在隐患,从而影响我国口腔种植的健康有序发展。北京大学口腔医学院·口腔医院牙周科基于10余年牙周种植的临床和科研基础,设计并推出了牙周炎患者种植治疗国家级继续教育培训项目,旨在推广牙周种植科学理念,强化牙周炎患者种植治疗的特点分析和风险管控,经过近5年的实践和探索,获得了良好的培训效果和社会反响。文章将对项目课程的设计、内容和实施效果进行总结,为主题化口腔医学继续教育项目的进一步深化开展积累经验。
Dental implant therapy is developing rapidly in China during recent years,but the difficulty and risk of dental implant therapy for patients with periodontitis have not been paid enough attention to,which is likely to affect the longterm efficacy of dental implant treatment,thus affecting the healthy and orderly development of implant dentistry in China. Based on more than ten years of clinical and scientific research of implant treatment,the Department of Periodontology,School of Stomatology and Stomatology Hospital of Peking University has designed and launched a national continuing education and training program. It aims to promote the scientific concept of periodontal implant,strengthen the characteristic analysis and risk control of dental implant therapy for periodontitis patients. After nearly five years of practice and exploration,it has obtained good training effect and social reflection. This paper will summarize the design,content and implementation effect of the project course,in order to accumulate experience for the further development of the thematic dental continuing education project.
