摘要
为研究混流式水轮机泵板结构内部液固两相流动特性,以红山嘴一级水电站^(#)4机组为例,基于计算流体力学方法,在不同泥沙条件下以泵板结构内部压力和泥沙分布为指标,对清水与浑水两种状态进行模拟分析,并对比研究了泥沙粒径及泥沙浓度。结果表明,浑水工况较清水工况时流道内部压力有所增大;随着泥沙粒径的增大,间隙进口和顶盖出口压力差呈增大趋势;泥沙粒径增大会使泥沙在进口间隙上部产生淤积;泥沙体积分数只改变泥沙在流道内部的浓度,并不改变泥沙分布规律,泥沙分布规律的主要影响因素为固液两相之间的速度差。
In order to study the liquid-solid two-phase flow characteristics inside the pump plate structure of a Francis dynamics,the two states of clean water and sediment-laden water under different sediment conditions were simulated with the internal pressure of the pump plate structure and the sediment distribution as indicators,and a comparative study of sediment grain size and sediment concentration was carried out.The results show that the internal pressure of flow chanhas upward tendency with the increase of sediment grain size.The increase of sediment grain size will result in sediment flow channel,but does not change the distribution law of sediment;The main influencing factor of sediment distribution is the velocity difference between solid and liquid phases.
