低毒低挥发环氧改性聚酯浸渍漆在风力发电机上的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究了YD319G3环氧改性不饱和聚酯浸渍漆的常规性能、黏度特性、凝胶特性、贮存稳定性以及在某型号直驱永磁同步风力发电机的产品局部模型及产品上的应用情况。结果表明:YD319G3浸渍漆具有低毒、低挥发特性,满足大型风力发电机的VPI绝缘处理工艺要求,浸漆后的模型及产品具有良好的绝缘性能,是一款适用于风力发电机VPI处理的浸渍树脂。 The conventional properties,viscosity characteristics,gel characteristics,storage stability of YD319G3 epoxy modified unsaturated polyester impregnating varnish and its application in the partial model product of direct drive permanent magnet synchronous wind turbine generator were studied.The results show that the YD319G3 impregnating varnish has low toxicity and low volatility characteristics,which can meet the requirements of VPI insulation treatment process for large wind turbines,and the impregnated model and product have good insulating properties.It is a suitable impregnating resin for the VPI treatment of wind turbines.
