摘要
因建筑工程参建单位较多,各工种穿插施工工序多,施工队伍流动性大,且施工水平存在差异,故建设单位不仅要严谨审核施工图纸,更要抓好“三控三管一协调”的具体工作,还要结合实际选择施工要用的建筑材料。建设单位应该有科学合理的工程管理制度,用以保证各项指标达到预期目的。总之,建筑工程施工现场的管理是很系统性、专业性的过程,在施工前须制订科学合理的管理制度,将减少诸多施工中的阻碍及降低各种风险。
