摘要
目的:研究心肺联合超声检查对间质性肺疾病(ILD)患者心肺功能评估的应用价值。方法:选择本院的120例ILD患者为ILD组,同期在本院体检的100例健康志愿者作为健康对照组。观察比较两组第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、最大通气量(MVV)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)、心脏血液流速、LVEF及动脉血管内膜厚度。结果:与健康对照组比较,ILD组FEV1%[(74.97±9.89)%比(53.38±5.46)%]、MVV[(4327.28±179.81)ml比(3576.41±248.91)ml]、PEF[(230.90±26.47)ml/s比(174.39±14.32)ml/s]、心脏血液流速[(0.54±0.07)ml/s比(0.47±0.09)ml/s]、LVEF[(50.15±3.28)%比(48.37±5.62)%]均显著降低,动脉血管内膜厚度[(0.91±0.10)mm比(1.15±0.12)mm]显著升高,P均<0.01。结论:心肺联合超声检查对评估ILD患者心肺功能具有重要临床价值,可客观反映ILD患者心脏受损的程度和心肺功能。
Objective:To study application value of combined cardiopulmonary ultrasonography in assessment of cardiopulmonary function in patients with interstitial lung disease(ILD).Methods:A total of 120 ILD patients in our hospital were selected as ILD group.Another 100 healthy volunteers undergoing physical examination in our hospital simultaneously were regarded as healthy control group.Forced expiratory volume in the first second as a percentage of the expected value(FEV1%),maximal ventilator volume(MVV),peak expiratory flow(PEF),cardiac blood flow velocity,LVEF and artery vascular intima thickness were observed and compared between two groups.Results:Compared with healthy control group,there were significant reductions in FEV1%[(74.97±9.89)%vs.(53.38±5.46)%],MVV[(4327.28±179.81)ml vs.(3576.41±248.91)ml],PEF[(230.90±26.47)ml/s vs.(174.39±14.32)ml/s],cardiac blood flow velocity[(0.54±0.07)ml/s vs.(0.47±0.09)ml/s]and LVEF[(50.15±3.28)%vs.(48.37±5.62)%],and significant rise in artery vascular intima thickness[(0.91±0.10)mm vs.(1.15±0.12)mm]in ILD group,P<0.01 all.Conclusion:Combined cardiopulmonary ultrasonography possesses important clinical value in evaluating cardiopulmonary function of ILD patients.It can objectively reflect the injury degree of heart and cardiopulmonary function in ILD patients.
