摘要
线上线下融合培训是将现代信息技术与新的教学理念和手段相结合的培训模式。这种融合培训模式加快了干部教育培训改革创新发展的步伐,满足了学员多元化的需求,提高了干部教育培训的质量和效率,而且符合疫情环境下减少人员接触、降低传播风险的防疫需要。但是也存在着线上培训课程内容针对性不强、吸引力不足,线上培训过程缺乏有效控制、互动交流少,线上线下培训之间关联和过渡不够、难以形成合力等问题。需不断强化混合式教育培训理念,提升干部教育培训服务意识,建立线上培训质量评估体系,加强培训过程管理,保证培训质量。
Online and offline integrated training is a training mode that combines modern information technology with new teaching concepts and means.This integrated training mode speeds up the reform and innovation of cadre education and training,and meets the diversified needs of trainees.It also improves the quality and efficiency of cadre education and training,and meets the epidemic prevention needs of reducing personnel contact and reducing the risk of transmission in the epidemic environment.However,there are also shortcomings in this model.Online training course content is not targeted and attractive enough,and the training process lacks effective control and interaction.Besides,the connection and transition between online and offline training is not enough,and it is difficult to form function together.It is necessary to continuously strengthen the concept of integrated education and training and enhance the service awareness of cadre education and training.Online training quality evaluation system should be established and training process management needs to be further strengthened to ensure training quality.
