摘要
针对运河煤矿选煤厂粗精煤泥产品中<0.15 mm高灰细泥夹带量较高,导致粗精煤泥灰分偏高和精煤产率降低的问题,提出采用ZKJ1408-D5叠层高频振动细筛对粗煤泥回收系统进行技术改造。生产实践表明:ZKJ1408-D5叠层高频振动细筛的应用,有效降低了粗精煤泥的灰分,实现了浮选减量化生产,避免了粗粒级精煤在浮选尾煤中的损失。相比改造之前,改造后精煤产率提高3个百分点左右,经济效益显著。
The plant′s clean coarse slime product contains a high proportion of<0.15 mm fine slime,causing the clean coarse slime to be considerably high in ash and low in yield.It is proposed to use the ZKJ1408-D5 multi-deck high-frequency vibrating fine screen to recover the clean coarse slime.Practice shows the use of the screen can lead to effective reduction of the ash of clean coarse slime and the workload of flotation system,and elimination of the loss of coarse slime in flotation tailings.After the renovation,the yield of clean coal is increased by 3 percentage points,creating a favorable economic result.
