摘要
高新技术的发展不仅为创新社会治理提供了新动能,也带来了新的犯罪行为和传统犯罪的技术升级。公安机关作为社会治理中的重要角色,要以国家治理能力现代化和公安工作现代化为导向。广东公安面对新形势,以前沿科技作为推动力,通过智慧警务建设,侦查目标向事前精准预警转变、侦查情报线索向精准滴灌转变、侦查方式向智能化转变,优化侦查手段,有效提升侦查效率,促使侦查模式发生深刻变革,以实现广东公安社会治理能力的全面提升。
The development of high-tech not only provides new impetus for innovative social governance, but also brings new criminal acts and technological upgrading of traditional crimes. As an important role in social governance, public security department should be guided by the modernization of national governance capacity and the modernization of public security work. Facing the new situation, Guangdong public security department takes frontier technology as the driving force to construct the intelligent policing, which brings profound changes in the mode of investigation, like the investigation target changing to the accurate warning in advance, the investigation intelligence clue changing to the precise drip irrigation, the way of investigation changing to be intelligent, the means of investigation tending to be optimized and the investigation efficiency tending to be enhanced, in order to realize the overall improvement of Guangdong public security social governance capability.
