深入剖析知识产权保护中心的专利快速审查,透过行业领域、市场状况、专利质量、专利布局、专利维权、运用及海外市场等多维度多角度进行分析,探讨基于快速审查的企业专利申请战略动力及运用。同时,考虑专利快速审查中存在的申请时机、申请类型及专利保护范围等方面局限,以此为依据综合权衡,做出相应的决策,搭建合理的内控管理组织,制定适合企业自身发展的专利申请战略。
