氯法齐明联合化疗方案治疗慢生长非结核分枝杆菌肺病的临床效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨氯法齐明(CFZ)联合化疗方案治疗慢生长非结核分枝杆菌(NTM)肺病的临床效果研究。方法60例慢生长NTM肺病患者,按数字分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规化疗治疗,观察组采用氯法齐明联合化疗方案治疗。比较两组病灶吸收率和空洞缩小率。结果观察组病灶吸收率为76.67%,明显高于对照组的46.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组空洞缩小率为76.67%,明显高于对照组的50.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯法齐明联合化疗方案治疗慢生长NTM肺病的临床效果显著,能增强对感染菌株的抑制力,促进病灶吸收及空洞缩小,加速痰菌阴转。 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of combined chemotherapy with clofazimine in the treatment of slow-growing non-tuberculous mycobacterial(NTM)lung disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with slow-growing NTM lung disease as study subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to numerical grouping method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with clofazimine combination chemotherapy regimen.The lesion absorption rate and cavity reduction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The lesion absorption rate of the observation group was 76.67%,which was obviously higher than 46.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cavity reduction rate of the observation group was 76.67%,which was obviously higher than 50.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clofazimine combination regimen has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of slow-growing NTM lung disease.It can enhance the inhibitory power of the infected strains,promote lesion absorption and cavity reduction,and accelerate the negative conversion of sputum bacteria.
