住院医师规范化培训师资队伍管理体系建设的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 住院医师规范化培训带教师资的质量与水平是影响培训效果的关键因素,如何加强师资管理、规范师资带教工作是培训基地建设的重要前提。因此,本文对目前师资队伍建设存在的主要问题进行阐述,并以规范师资遴选标准、加强师资培训、严格带教过程管理及细化师资评价并实施激励机制四方面为抓手,探讨如何建立健全的师资队伍管理体系,旨在规范师资队伍管理,提升师资带教水平与能力,加强培训基地建设,保证培训质量。 The quality and level of teachers in the standardized residency training are the key factors that affect the effectiveness of training.How to strengthen the management of teachers and standardize the work of teachers in training is the prerequisite for the construction of training bases.Therefore,this article elaborates on the main problems existing in the current construction of the teaching staff,and explores how to establish it by standardizing the selection criteria,strengthening teacher training,achieving strict management of the teaching process,and detailing teacher evaluation and incentive mechanisms,in order to standardize the management of teachers,improve the teaching level and ability of teachers,strengthen the construction of training bases,and ensure the training quality.
