摘要
内壁加强筋圆筒件是航空航天器、卫星壳体等装置的关键组成部分,以Al-Li合金圆板为坯料,利用有限元软件DeForm构建其旋压三维模型,通过数值模拟的方法对其旋压时的材料流动、应力和应变分布、材料变形特点等进行了研究,并对各类缺陷进行了分析。结果表明:内壁加强筋圆筒件旋压成形过程是挤压与拉伸变形的复合成形;确定合适的进给比、成形角、旋轮和芯模圆角等工艺参数,可控制金属的流动以获得加强筋填充饱满的零件。
Taking Al-Li alloy round plate as blanks,the 3D spinning model was constructed by us⁃ing finite element software DeForm.By means of numerical simulation,the material flow,stress and strain distribution and deformation characteristics during spinning were studied,and various defects were analyzed.The results showed that the spinning forming process of inner reinforced cylinder was a combination of extrusion and tensile deformation.The appropriate feed ratio,form⁃ing angle,wheel and mandrel round angle and other process parameters were determined and the flow of metal was controlled to get the reinforcement filling full parts.It proved that the spinning process was feasible for forming the cylinder with inner stiffener.
