摘要
通过借鉴PDCA质量管理理论,探索构建目标明确、监督完整、运行有序的课堂教学质量内部监控体系,切实保证教学运行稳定、教学质量稳步提升。以PDCA理论为指引,聚焦过程控制、梳理影响课堂教学质量的问题清单,对照要求将课堂教学各环节进行监控、诊断、分析与改进,建立优化的课堂教学质量监控与评价体系并应用于实际课堂教学中。
By referring to the PDCA quality management theory,the internal monitoring system of classroom teaching quality with clear objectives,complete supervision,and orderly operation was explored and constructed to ensure the stable operation of teaching and the steady improvement of teaching quality.Under the guidance of PDCA theory,we focused on process control,sorted out the list of problems that affect the quality of classroom teaching,monitored,diagnosed,analyzed,and improved each link of classroom teaching according to requirements,so as to establish an opti⁃mized classroom teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system,and apply it to the actual classroom teaching.
