摘要 为了提高ZYWL-4000SY自动钻机的使用性能,实现减人增效,需要设计一套能满足1人就可以操作的钻机姿态调节液压系统。根据ZYWL-4000SY自动钻机姿态调节的机械结构,设计了适用于无线遥控操作的姿态调节液压系统,并对关键的机架倾角回转减速器及其驱动马达进行了选型计算和校核计算。通过实验室试验检验了姿态调节液压系统的性能,达到了设计要求。煤矿现场应用证明:该钻机的姿态调节系统在多种工况下能实现单人操作,操作方便、稳定可靠,具有一定的推广应用价值。 In order to improve the performance of ZYWL-4000SY automatic drilling rig and realize the worker reduction and efficiency increase, it is necessary to design a set of attitude adjustment hydraulic system which can be operated by one person. According to the mechanical structure of ZYWL-4000SY automatic drilling rig attitude adjustment, the attitude adjustment hydraulic system suitable for the wireless remote control operation was designed. The selection and checking calculation of the key frame inclination angle rotary reducer and its driving motor were carried out. Through the laboratory test, the performance of the attitude adjustment hydraulic system was test, and the design requirements are met.The field application in coal mine show that the attitude adjustment hydraulic system of the drilling rig can be operated by one person under various working conditions, which is convenient, stable, and has certain popularization and application value.
