摘要
针对煤矿井下液压支架容易发生不直现象的问题,基于液压支架电液控制系统,提出了一种综采工作面调直的方法,涉及采煤机、液压支架以及支架控制器。采煤机定位装置以及支架控制器内包含抗干扰蓝牙芯片。该方法通过3个调直参数来调整支架动作进行调直,调直参数通过蓝牙来测量。参数的基准用接收信号强度指示(RSSI)值来表示。根据3个调直参数,推导出了该方法的调直仿真方程。经过实验仿真验证了该方法的可行性以及参数测量的精确性。
Aiming at the problem that the hydraulic support of coal mine is prone to non-straight phenomenon, based on the electric-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support, a method for straightening the fully mechanized mining face was proposed. The method involves the shearer, hydraulic support and support controller. The shearer positioning device and the support controller include an anti-interference Bluetooth chip. The method adjusts the motion of the support through three straightening parameters for straightening, and the straightening parameters were measured by Bluetooth. The reference of the parameter was represented by received signal strength indication(RSSI) value. According to the three straightening parameters, the straightening simulation equation of the method was derived. The feasibility of the method and the accuracy of the parameter measurement were verified by experimental simulation.
