摘要
目的了解苏州市姑苏区30~69岁户籍居民糖尿病死亡率及早死概率变化趋势。方法对2011—2019年死亡报告系统中姑苏区糖尿病死亡病例数据进行整理分析,计算糖尿病粗死亡率、标化死亡率、早死概率及年度变化百分比(APC)。结果30~69岁糖尿病粗死亡率、标化死亡率分别从2011年的6.20/10万、5.16/10万升至2019年的14.57/10万、9.91/10万,APC分别为17.12%、15.03%,变化趋势有统计学意义(t值分别为6.09、4.95,P值均<0.05)。男性粗死亡率、标化死亡率均高于女性(Z值分别为3.22、3.40,P值均<0.05)。55~<60岁、60~<65岁、65~69岁男性糖尿病死亡率APC分别为24.98%、25.61%、16.65%,变化趋势均有统计学意义(t值分别为4.19、3.63、2.97,P值均<0.05)。糖尿病早死概率从2011年的0.27%上升至2019年0.56%,APC为14.45%,变化趋势有统计学意义(t=5.77,P<0.05),男性早死概率从0.33%上升至0.92%,APC为18.06%,变化趋势有统计学意义(t=6.49,P<0.05),且男性早死概率高于女性。结论苏州市姑苏区30~69岁糖尿病死亡率及早死概率均呈上升趋势,尤以55~69岁男性最为突出,且男性糖尿病死亡率和早死概率均高于女性,应对糖尿病人群,尤其是55~69岁男性糖尿病人群加强防治与干预措施,以降低糖尿病死亡水平。
Objective To study the trend of diabetes mortality rate and early death probability of registered residents aged30-69 years in Gusu district of Suzhou city from 2011 to 2019.Methods The data of diabetes death cases in Gusu district death report system from 2011 to 2019 were analyzed;and the crude mortality rate,standardized mortality rate,early death rate and annual change percentage(APC)of diabetes were calculated.Results For registered residents aged 30-69 years,the crude mortality rate and standardized mortality rate increased from 6.20/105 and 5.16/105 in 2011 to 14.57/105 and 9.91/105 in2019,respectively;the APC were 17.12%and 15.03%,respectively;both showed statistically significantly trend(t=6.09 and4.95,all P<0.05).The crude mortality rate and standardized mortality rate of male were higher than those of female(Z=-3.22 and-3.40,all P<0.05).The APC of male diabetes mortality rates were 24.98%,25.61%and 16.65%in age group of55-60 years,60-65 years and 65-69 years,respectively;the trend all showed statistically significance(t=4.19,3.63,2.97,all P<0.05).The early death rate of diabetes increased from 0.27%in 2011 to 0.56%in 2019,resulting APC of 14.45%,the trend was statistically significant(t=5.77,P<0.05).The male early death rate of diabetes increased from 0.33%to 0.92%,resulting APC of 18.06%,the trend was statistically significant(t=6.49,P<0.05).The early death probability of male was higher than that of female.Conclusion The mortality rate and early death rates among residents of 30-69 years in Gusu district showed ascending trends,especially for male of 55-69 years old.The male residents demonstrated higher mortality rate and early death probability than females.Prevention and treatment intervention measurements should be strengthened on residents with diabetes,especially male of 55-69 years old to reduce the death level caused by diabetes.
