摘要
目的了解某发电厂接噪作业工人听力损失情况并探讨其影响因素。方法以2019年江苏某发电厂涉及噪声工作的作业工人作为研究对象,进行职业健康检查及问卷调查,分析其听力损失情况及相关因素。结果纳入研究的833名噪声作业工人中,高频听力损失率为35.89%,多因素logistic回归分析显示,性别(OR=0.526,95%CI:0.326~0.848)、年龄(OR=1.418,95%CI:1.091~1.842)、血压(OR=1.096,95%CI:0.757~1.588)和血型(与O型血比较,AB型,OR=0.431,95%CI:0.226~0.823)是影响作业工人听力损失的因素(P值均<0.05)。结论该厂存在作业工人噪声听力损伤,性别、年龄、高血压、血型与噪声听力损失存在相关性。
Objective To investigate the hearing loss of workers in a power plant in Jiangsu province and explore its influencing factors.Methods In 2019,workers involved in noise-related work at a power plant in Jiangsu province were taken as the research objects,and occupational health examinations and questionnaire based survey were conducted to analyze their hearing loss and related factors.Results A total of 833 workers were included to the study,the high-frequency hearing loss rate was35.89%,gender(OR=0.526,95%CI:0.326-0.848),age(OR=1.418,95%CI:1.091-1.842),blood pressure(OR=1.096,95%CI:0.757-1.588)and blood type(AB type,companed to O type OR=0.431,95%CI:0.226-0.823)were influencing factors affecting the hearing loss of workers(all P<0.05)by multivariate logistic analysis.Conclusion Noise induced hearing loss was found in a power plant in Jiangsu province.There was a correlation between gender,age,hypertension,blood type and noise hearing loss.
