摘要
通过液相还原法制备了岩棉负载纳米零价铝(RW-NZVAl),利用SEM和XRD对材料进行了表征,探究了纳米零价铝负载量、溶液pH、U(Ⅵ)初始浓度、固液比、温度、反应时间等对RW-NZVAl去除溶液中U(Ⅵ)的影响。结果表明,RW-NZVAl对溶液中U(Ⅵ)有很好的去除效果,当岩棉与纳米零价铝质量比为4∶1、溶液pH=4.0、U(Ⅵ)初始浓度25mg/L、固液比0.4g/L、温度25℃、反应时间150min时,RW-NZVAl对溶液中U(Ⅵ)的去除率为93.21%,去除量为58.26mg/g。
Rock wool-loaded nano zero-valent aluminum(RW-NZVAl)was prepared by liquid phase reduction method and characterized by SEM and XRD.Effects of capacity of RW-NZVAl,pH value of solution,initial concentrations of U(Ⅵ),ratio of solid to liquid,temperature and contact time on removal of U(Ⅵ)were investigated.The results show that RW-NZVAl in solution has an excellent adsorption effect on U(Ⅵ).U(Ⅵ)removal rate is 93.21%in solution and adsorption capacity of U(Ⅵ)is 58.26 mg/g under the conditions including mass ratio of rock wool to nanometer zero-valent aluminum of 4∶1,pH=4.0,initial U(Ⅵ)concentration of 25 mg/L,ratio of solid to liquid of 0.4 g/L,temperature of 25 ℃,and reaction time of 150 min.
