基于粗糙集的药品不良反应风险评价指标体系研究

摘要 为构建精神障碍药品不良反应(ADR)风险因素评价指标体系,提出一种基于粗糙集理论的ADR风险评价指标方法。以某医院2012年1月-2019年6月精神障碍患者ADR报告为样本数据,采用粗糙集方法确定ADR风险评价指标及权重。从用药人群和临床用药两个角度,设计7个二级指标并计算出对应的权重系数,最终得到精神障碍用药ADR风险评价指标体系。综合研究表明,利用粗糙集构建的ADR风险指标体系能够有效地避免主观确定指标权重的问题,为今后合理用药和ADR风险评价提供一个新的方向和途径。 To construct the risk evaluation system for adverse drug reaction(ADR)of drugs for mental disorders,a new method based on rough set theory for the risk evaluation index of ADR was put forward.The ADR reports of patients with mental disorders from January 2012 to June 2019 in a hospital were taken as sample data and the quantitative statistics were used to determine the ADR risk assessment indicators and weights.Seven secondary indicators were set from the medication population and clinical medi-cation,and the corresponding weight coefficients were calculated to construct an ADR evaluation index system for medications for mental disorders.ADR risk evaluation index system for mental disorders medication is constructed.Finally the ADR risk evaluation index system of mental disorders was obtained.This method provides a new direction and means for rational medication use and risk assessment of ADR in the future.
