摘要
基于创新型人才培养目标,贵州医科大学基础医学国家级实验教学示范中心从人才培养环境、培养内容、培养方式、评价体系等方面进行系列改革。强调多学科知识与技能融会贯通,坚持理论与实践、基础与临床、教学与科研、教学与思政、教学与竞赛相结合的5结合原则,构建具有自身特色的"多元立体式"实验教学创新人才培养体系,并运用于实践中。努力实现对医学生强化基础、提高综合、训练实践、拓展思维、启发创新的多元化、立体式培养。
Based on the goal of innovative personnel training,the national experimental teaching demonstration center of basic medicine of authors’university has carried out a series of reforms in the aspects of personnel training environment,training content,training mode,evaluation system,etc.It emphases on the integration of multidisciplinary knowledge and skills,and adheres to the five combination principles of"theory and practice,foundation and clinical,teaching and scientific research,teaching and ideological and political,teaching and competition".A multi-dimensional innovative talent training system with its own characteristics has been established,and applied in practice.Efforts should be made to realize the diversified and three-dimensional training of medical students,which is to strengthen the foundation,improve the synthesis,train the practice,expand the thinking and inspire the innovation.
