摘要
深海采矿系统中输送软管为连接采矿车与扬矿的主管道,研究堵塞情况下软管内沉积颗粒的再起动条件,对深海采矿系统的安全、高效输送具有理论指导意义。本文基于双拱软管输送试验展开粗颗粒再起动规律研究,分析颗粒起动速度与断面占比、浆体浓度、拱底夹角的关系,得到以下研究结论:(1)堵塞条件下,拉伸软管、增大拱底夹角,有利于管内颗粒再起动,可用于应对突发停泵情况;(2)颗粒再起动速度与颗粒断面占比、内流浆体浓度成正比关系,与拱底角度呈反比关系;(3)通过量纲分析依次得到扬动、连续推移运动状态下,软管内沉积颗粒的再起动公式,平均误差均小于3%,具备良好精度。
Contents in the deep-sea mining system,the conveying hose is the main pipe connecting the mining vehicle and the lifting mine.The re-starting condition of the deposited particles in the hose is studied.Based on the double-arch hose conveying test,the relationship between particle starting speed and cross-section ratio,slurry concentration and angle of arch bottom is analyzed.The results are as follows:1.under the condition of blockage,stretching hose and increasing angle of arch bottom are beneficial to particle restart and can be used to deal with sudden stop pump:2.particle re-starting velocity is proportional to the particle cross-section ratio and the concentration of internal fluid slurry,and inversely proportional to the angle of arch bottom:3.the re-starting formula of particles deposited in the hose is obtained by dimensional analysis,and the average error is less than 3%,which has good accuracy.
