摘要
在经济飞速发展、经济改革全面深化的浪潮下,产业园区发展一路高歌猛进,为中国经济发展作出了巨大贡献,也对中国城镇化发展产生了深远影响。然而产业园区的发展是一个复杂的过程,在分析产业园区的竞争优势和后续产业园区路径演化过程中,均需对产业园区所处的发展阶段有充分的认知。在生命周期的视角下,引入Logistic曲线概念,基于该曲线构建产业园区发展阶段识别模型并给出策略及建议,以期为产业园区的发展提供理论支撑。
Under the tide of rapid economic development and comprehensive deepening of economic reform,industrial parks have been developing with great strides,making great contributions to the economic development of China and exerting a far-reaching impact on the urbanization development of China.However,the development of industrial parks is a complex process.In the process of analyzing the competitive advantages of industrial parks and the path evolution of subsequent industrial parks,it is necessary to have a full understanding of the development stage of industrial parks.From the perspective of life cycle,the concept of Logistic curve is introduced.The curve is used to construct the identification model of industrial park development stage,which is expected to provide theoretical support for the development of industrial parks.
