摘要
为确保仙居抽水蓄能电站长期安全稳定运行,对电站机组进行甩负荷现场试验,并对试验数据进行整理分析,利用数值仿真的手段对机组甩负荷过程进行仿真模拟。对比结果显示二者的吻合度较好,验证了数值仿真计算的准确性。在此基础上,利用数值仿真手段对机组运行极端工况进行预测,预测结果显示极端工况蜗壳进口最大压力、尾水进口最小压力等指标满足合同相关指标要求。反演计算分析为电站机电设备的安全稳定运行提供了依据,并为类似工程提供参考依据。
In order to ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of Xianju Pumped Storage Power Station,the load rejection field test of the power station units was carried out,the test data were sorted out and analyzed,and the numerical simulation method is used to simulate the load rejection process of the unit.The comparison results show that they are in good agreement,which verifies the accuracy of numerical simulation.Based on the result,numerical simulation methods are used to predict the extreme operating conditions of the unit.The prediction results show that the maximum pressure of the volute inlet and the minimum pressure of the tail water inlet under the extreme conditions meet the relevant requirements of the relevant indicators on the contract.The inversion analysis provides the basis for the safe and stable operation of the electromechanical equipment of the power station,and provides a reference for similar projects.
