摘要
本试验旨在研究代乳粉粗蛋白质(CP)水平对夏洛莱犊牛的生产性能、体尺、血清生化及免疫指标的影响。试验选取35日龄健康无病、体重(71.78±1.53)kg的夏洛莱犊牛27头,随机分为3个处理,每个处理9头,3头犊牛1个圈舍。对照组随母哺乳,试验组在开食料+混合干草基础上分别饲喂24%CP代乳粉和28%CP代乳粉,试验期60 d。结果表明:代乳粉组犊牛试验后60 d体重和平均日增重均显著高于对照组,24%CP代乳粉组和28%CP代乳粉组的日增重(1 036.1、1 252.8 g/d)均显著高于对照组(715.7 g/d);28%CP代乳粉组的犊牛血清葡萄糖及尿素氮水平较对照组显著提高。在本试验条件下,早期断奶犊牛补饲24%~28%CP代乳粉,犊牛生长性能优于随母哺乳犊牛,且补饲28%CP代乳粉生长性能最好。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of crude protein(CP)level of milk replacer on the growth performance,body size,serum biochemical and immune indexes of Charolais calves.Twenty seven Charolais calves with mean initial live weight of(71.78±1.53)kg at 35 days of age were randomly divided into three groups with 9 calves per group.The control group was lactated with the mother,and the experimental group was fed with 24%CP milk replacer and 28%CP milk replacer respectively on the basis of open feed and mixed hay for 60 days.The results showed that the body weight and average daily gain of calves in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)at 30 and 60 days after the experiment,and the daily gain of the treatment 24%CP and 28%CP(1036.1 g/d and 1252.8 g/d)significantly higher than that of the control group(715.74 g/d)(P<0.05).The level of glucose and urea nitrogen in serum of group 28%CP was significantly increased(P<0.05).Under the condition of this trail,the growth performance of early weaned calves is better than that of the follow-up calves,and the growth performance of 28%protein level is the best.
