摘要
为了解广西不同产地澳洲坚果品质差异,以南宁市良庆、横县和崇左市扶绥、大新、天等及钦州市钦南等6个区县筛选的共计18个优树果实样品为研究对象,测定并分析了澳洲坚果果仁粗蛋白、含油率和脂肪酸组分含量等指标。结果表明:澳洲坚果果仁粗蛋白含量为8.11~8.98 g/hg,其中,横县澳洲坚果的粗蛋白含量平均值最高(8.57 g/hg),良庆最低(8.28 g/hg);采集的18个样品果仁含油率为70.3%~79.6%(平均值74.1%),大新澳洲坚果的含油率平均值最高(78%);鉴定出9种脂肪酸组分,各脂肪酸组分在这18个样本间差异不大。
An attempt was made to reveal the quality difference in kernels of Macadamia integrifolia fruit in Guangxi province.Eighteen kernel samples were collected from superior trees of M.integrifolia in six districts and counties including Liangqing,Hengxian,Fusui,Daxin,Tiandeng and Qinzhou,and their contents of crude protein,oil and fatty acids were analyzed.The results showed that the crude protein contents of the kernel samples of M.integrifolia ranged from 8.11 to 8.98 g·hg-1,the highest from Hengxiang(an average of 8.57 g·hg-1),and the lowest from Liangqing(8.28 g·hg-1).The oil contents ranged from 70.3%to 79.6%,averaging 74.1%,the highest was from Daxin(an average of 78.0%).Nine fatty acid components were identified from the 18 kernel samples,which were not significantly different among the samples.
