摘要
大板宽浮法玻璃生产线生产薄玻璃时容易出现薄厚差及波浪弯,通过调整浮法玻璃锡槽设备,设计制造异形水包代替常规空间水包,同时使用锡液水包配合槽内电加热互补控温技术、挡旗和调整退火横向温差,优化锡槽成形环境,有效调整退火横向温差,减少薄厚差和波浪弯带来的生产缺陷。
Thickness difference and wave bending are easy to occur when thin glass is produced on float glass production line with large plate width.In this article,these defective glass product of uneven in thickness and wave bending are reduced by taking the following measures:adjusting equipments in float glass tin tank,designing and manufacturing a special-shaped water ladle to replace the conventional space water ladle,and at the same time,applying the ladle in melting tin,cooperatively using the electric heating complementary temperature control technology in the tank,adopting weir and controlling transverse annealing temperature difference,optimizing the forming environment in tin bath,effectively regulating the transverse annealing temperature difference.
