摘要
2020年是我国脱贫攻坚工作的收官之年,2021年是巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴的对接之年。为适应这一宏观政策语境变化,教育扶贫要积极对接教育促进乡村振兴。2020年之前脱贫攻坚侧重提供义务教育保障,2020年后教育促进乡村振兴则更加侧重高质量教育提高农村人口素质竞争力。教育扶贫对接教育促进乡村振兴,要选准主要着力点,提升教育综合竞争力,规避弱势群体被甩出教育轨道的风险,重塑社会利用教育进行扶贫的意识。教育扶贫对接教育促进乡村振兴的路径包括分维度发展农村教育,助力农村人口分流发展;建立三教融通式教育,提升农村人口素质竞争力;提供方便而有质量的教育服务,增加农村社会吸引力。
2020 is the closing year of China s poverty alleviation efforts,and 2021 is the docking year of the achievements consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.To adapt to the change of macro policy context,poverty alleviation through education should actively connect education to promote rural revitalization.Pre-2020 poverty alleviation focused on providing compulsory education,while post-2020 education for rural revitalization will focus far more on improving the quality competitiveness of rural population through education.In order to dock education to promote rural revitalization,we should select the main focus of education,comprised of enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of education,avoiding the risk that the disadvantaged groups will be thrown out of the educational track,and reshaping the social consciousness of using education to help the poor.The path of docking education to promote rural revitalization includes developing rural education depending on the different dimensions to promote branch development of rural population;establishing the integration of three types rural education to improve the quality competitiveness of rural population;providing convenient and quality education services to increase the attractiveness of rural society.
