摘要
通过实际建造的船舶案例,根据船厂的现场条件和生产状况,合理利用各项资源,对船坞整船及半船起浮建造进行深入研究和分析。新工艺将2条整船及2条半船同时在1个船坞内建造,然后下水进行整船、半船起浮及移位作业。此工艺在国内还不多见,具有较高的技术含量。船舶起浮、出坞及移位的顺利实施有效验证此工艺方案的可行性。为进一步优化船坞生产流程及船坞场地资源、提高生产效率提供参考。
Based on the case of actually built ships,according to the site and production conditions of shipyards,the various resources are rationally used.The whole ship and half-ship floating construction in dock are deeply studied and analyzed.In the new technology,two whole ships and two-and-a-half ships are built in one dock at the same time,and then the lifting and shifting operations of the whole ship and half-ship are carried out.The technology is rare in China and has high technical content.The successful implementation of ship lifting,undocking and shifting effectively demonstrate the feasibility of the technological scheme.It provides reference for further optimizing the dock production process and dock site resources as well as improving production efficiency.
